I wasn't sure if I'd like the shorter version, but in some ways it feels more comfortable. Albeit I already have a Precision Press version in brass, which is a longer and much heavier writing instrument. Nonetheless, it feels good in hand, the click of the plunger is satisfying both audibly and physically, and the balance while writing is nice. Recommended.

Great size for back pocket carry. Feels substantial in the hand without the overhang like the press pen. When opening it make sure to slide the o-ring out of the way first. Mechanism is very smooth and highly recommend and just ordered a replacement for my press pen. Keep up the great work Tuffwriter!
