I am a pen guy...Love a good pen that looks good and writes well (I write a lot at work)...I have several Tuffwriter pens and love all of them...When the clip came of this one I ordered up a new clip right away...Love having a pen that is worth replacing parts on if it needs it (this is the first time I have ever needed to replace anything other than an  ink cartridge)...Highly recommend their products...

I snagged the clip on my pen and bent it all to hell.  Was happy to see the replacement with screws and allen wrench was $8.50 and free shipping.  Received quickly and installed trouble free.

The service from Tuff Writer is always top notch.  They shipped my pocket clip very quickly.  However, this is the third pocket clip that I have had for my pen due to the fact that they spring out with very little force.  I have caught the clip on tables, or the door frame of a vehicle, while the pen was in my pocket, and the clip sprung and was ruined.  Hopefully this one will last longer.  Again, the Tuff Writer staff and support has been outstanding each time.  I do not want anyone to think that this is not a great company, just a material problem.

I have two Retro-Click pens from Tuff Writer, and I love them.  I use them daily at work, and go through a refill every two weeks or so.  The additional clip and screws is great to customize the pen, and keep it in great working order.

I needed a screw and key to reset it in place. My EDC deserves the best and where else could I get that? Directly from the source TUFF-WRITER! Now my EDC is happy, my back pen pocket is happy and I am safer already! Great products, great SERVICE!!!
