Love these Mini Click Pens!	January 16, 2022

Whatever changes Tuff Writer made to the click mechanism were spot on. The pen's operation is more consistent and smoother. The pen is solid and has a good, weighted feel to it. I love using these at work!

I have to mention Tuff Writer customer service because it is superior. Received a call at home to remedy an order discrepancy. The flexibility around the holidays and follow through were beyond our expectations.

Wasn't sure if I wanted this pen or another. I bought a Tuff Writer Copper pen and immediately dropped it. Bent the tip (copper is softer than steel) and scuffed it up. Contacted Tuff Writer to see about fixing it on my dime since I dropped it. The owner contacted me directly and fixed it FREE since I hadn't even written with it yet.
That convinced me to buy this pen. Great customer service. Great pens. The Mini Click Grey just got back from a Caribbean island vacation that had boat trips, beach fun, jungle outings, etc. No issues and looks like new. I won't buy another brand of premium pen ever again!

Fit and finish is, bar none, the finest I’ve ever seen on a pen. I’ve dropped 2 Pilot Elite pens in the last year and they broke so I was shopping for a super durable pen that’ll last awhile. I believe I’ve found it with this Mini Click.

I purchased this after purchasing the precision press. The precision press was nice although I tightened the screws on the clip and in doing so I used the red lock-tight to keep it tight forever. Lol it worked except the screw was in so far it would not allow the clicker to push down. Long story but I ruined the pen. FYI might want to use shorter screws or I just tightened to much. This one works perfect though. No red lock- tight
