I placed an order for 2 mini-clicks, 1 red and 1 blue, both of them engraved. When I placed my order, I forgot to enter in the comments what I wanted engraved on my pens. I shot them an email and they answered almost instantly. I received a phone call from TuffWriter the following day informing me that they are unfortunately out of the red color and that it would be about a week or more before the red would be available. My wife didn't want to wait and decided to go with the purple color. The fact that I received a phone call instead of an email and they took the time to personally reach out and speak to me in regards to the stock of the red color speaks volumes to their company-customer relationship. I would like to add that this is my 5th pen in total that I have ordered from TuffWriter, and after this customer service experience, I will NEVER buy a pen from anywhere else!!! Thank you for the great work TuffWriter!
