Seems to be as promised. A bit heavier than I expected but that only stands to make sense. My real test will be if all goes well checking it through airport security in a carry on.

I researched numerous tactical pens before purchasing the Tuff-Writer Precision Press Pen. This pen delivers ! Excellent craftsmanship. The pen is hefty enough to ensure a firm grip in my hand and most importantly to me, open concealment.

Even the case they come in is cool! I got the pens on 12-9, I'm really looking forward to giving them as gifts for Christmas!

Purchased this pen 7 months ago and am happy to report the search is over, this is the end all be all pen. The black has held up really well, the tip of the clip is showing a little wear but I literally need to be holding it inches from my eyes to even see that. Not bad for always being within reach whether it's riding in my console, laptop bag, or pocket. This thing has literally been all over the country with me. Haven't had a problem with TSA, but for people who take their job more seriously like courthouse security or stadium guards, they always handle it for an extra second and then look me in the eye when they give it back, followed by a nod. Doesnt stand out if I'm just carrying it in my hand either, looks like any other pen. I guess I should mention it writes great too with the weight forward and the smooth stainless steel tip. Haven't had to change out the cartridge yet which is strange because I write with this thing all the time. Just get it, your search will be over too.

I received the pen two days ago. The quality, fit and finish are outstanding. I like the size and the way it fits in my hand. I also like that it doesen't look like a weapon, just a high quality pen. I have another pen from another company, and the workmanship is equal between the two, but the Tuff Writer is a better design, and more practical for everyday carry. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Precision Press Series - BLACK. This is a tough pen. Doesn't make a click sound, very professional looking while wearing my uniform. Plus it's not bulky so I can carry it in my shirt pocket instead of my front pants pocket were I've had to carry other makers pens. Great pen all around. Tuff writer was very fast on shipping. Recieved my pen in two days after ordering. Thanks

Worth the wait--it took the post office 6 days to deliver my pen.

Bought this pen sight unseen based on positive reviews. Perfect weight and balance, smooth flowing ink, and the shirt clip is at its optional position (I've read some reviews that it sits too low). Anything lower, the clip will no longer sit upright on my shirt pocket. Excellent quality, sturdy and looks great. Most especially, pen is made in the U.S.A.!
